چکیده
Kentleşme süreci ile birlikte günümüz turizm tercihleri değişiklik göstermektedir. Turizm çeşitliliği içinde son yıllarda ilgi gören ekoturizm faaliyetleri turistler tarafından tercih edilmektedir. Çalışmamız Isparta’da bulunan Kovada Gölü Tabiat Parkı ve çevresine amacı gelen ziyaretçilere ekoturizme yönelik algıladıkları hizmet kalitesini ölçmektedir. Elde edilen verilerden yapılan analizler sonucunda cinsiyet, gelir düzeyi eğitim durumu bakımından anlamlı farklılıklar olmadığı görülmüştür. Medeni durum ise evli bireylerin bekarlara göre istatistiksel olarak farklılaştığı daha yüksek puan ortalamasına sahip olduğu Daha önce faaliyetine katılanların güvenlik, heveslilik güvenilirlik boyutları ortalama puanlara Algılanan kalitesinin arasında korelasyon değerleri
